Welcome to the VISION AQUA Contact and Support System
To better organise your contact and support requests, we use the VISION AQUA Contact and Support System for this purpose. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number. Based on the ticket number, you can track the status of your request online at any time or ask additional questions.
All requests are stored with the corresponding answers in our VISION AQUA Contact and Support System. This allows you to view the answers to your previously created requests online anytime. To open a ticket, click on "Open a new ticket" in the menu bar at the top.
When you send us an e-mail or a message via the contact form, we collect, store and process your data only to the extent necessary to process your requests and correspond with you. We treat your data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and generally take the greatest possible precautions for their security.
We want to point out that when sending e-mails, data transmission via the Internet is unsecured, and the data could theoretically be accessed or even falsified by unauthorised persons.
